Tower K14
A fourteen-storey residential tower where every third floor cantilevers towards the river, giving each apartment a covered terrace and a view nobody else has.
Model first.
Pour second.
We design every project as a physical model first. Concrete is poured on site into rough-sawn larch formwork, leaving the grain of the wood in every wall.
