The Game Ball · No. 07
Made to be held.
Eight panels of full-grain composite, hand-finished in Kaunas and broken in before it ever reaches you. It grips on the first dribble, not the five-hundredth.
The grain
Twelve thousand pebbles. None alike.
The cover is pressed from a mould cut off real hide, so the grain is irregular the way skin is. Deeper valleys move sweat away from your fingertips; polished crowns give you the snap off the release.
On hardwood
Sounds right. Bounces true.
Every ball is dropped from 1.80 m before it ships and has to come back to within two centimetres of the last one. That flat, woody note off the floor is the sound of a carcass wound to tolerance.
Under the cover
Four layers. Nothing hidden.
Cover, cushion, windings, bladder. We cut one open so you don't have to take our word for it.
Four colourways.
Dyed through, not painted on
