The workshop

Shaped by
hand, tested
in January.

Every Tidal board starts as a block of recycled EPS foam in our Klaipėda workshop and is finished with bio-resin and a Baltic flax inlay. Then Marius paddles it out when the water is 3°C — if it survives that, it ships.

01

Shape

Planed by hand from a laser-cut blank.

02

Glass

Flax cloth and plant-based resin.

03

Sand

Four grits. Hours of dust. Worth it.

04

Test

Surfed at Karklė before it's yours.

The quiver

Three boards,
one sea.

Pick a shape — the board on the wave up top changes to match. Every model comes in four lengths.
