(01) The house
Some things cannot be hurried. We carry every barrel thirty metres underground and let the dark do the work.
(02) The vault

Thirty metres
down.

A tunnel dug for gunpowder turned out to be the most patient cellar in the Baltics. No pumps, no chillers — just stone, still air and time.

Four vintages,
one tunnel.

Each year the tunnel gives us something different. We bottle it as it comes and name it after what happened above ground.
