Finish · Silver
Diamond-cut edge.
The chamfer is milled after coating, so the raw steel shows as a bright line all the way round. It's the first thing you notice and the last thing to wear.
Set flush. Set once.
The chip sits in a pocket routed to a hundredth of a millimetre, so there's nothing for a wallet to catch on.
Four layers deep.
Steel blocks radio, so a metal card needs a window for its antenna. Here's how it stacks.
- Front face, PVD-coated0.20 mm
- Antenna inlay0.18 mm
- Stainless core0.30 mm
- Back face, laser-marked0.16 mm
Etched, not printed.
The wordmark is burned into the surface by laser. It can't rub off, because there's nothing there to rub.
